Our Solution
The solution presented involves a cloud-based learning platform that offers subscriptions for scalable and globally accessible training. Employees have a single point of access through a single sign-on to access learning materials, take assessments, and receive certifications. Three specialized tracks have been established for employees in Design Debugging, Design Verification, and Design for Test, and additional learning tracks are also available. On demand, trainees can view pre-recorded videos and participate in weekly Q&A sessions with trainers. Regular progress reports are sent to business stakeholders.
The Outcome
Our Cloud-based Learning Solution has been implemented and has produced impressive results, including a reduction in learning time by more than 30% and an increase in work performance by 10-15% across different geographic locations. The solution utilizes a flexible model that has resulted in a learning completion rate of 76% or higher.
