During the last year we face a high demand in SoC and IP development. For that we aggressively recruit mainly fresh and Junior Engineers with limited knowledge in the specific ASIC domain (RTL Design, Design Verification and DFT). We cooperate with Maven and use their services with their VLSI training mainly in RTL and DV. The support we received in term of training, planning, technical data and mentoring is at high level. We are now confident enough to let our Engineer in the hand of Maven during all the training period and we received a detailed status every week.
